Tues - Field Training (Sec 1 to 4) - Sec 1 & 2 [3to5pm] Sec 3 & 4 [5to7pm]
Wed - Weights (Sec 2 to 4) - Optional
Thurs - Field Training (Sec 1 to 4) - Sec 1 & 2 [3to5pm] Sec 3 & 4 [5to7pm]
